Target shooters generally prefer .177 rifles as the smaller pellet has a better flight characteristic, providing improved repeatable accurracy. If you have a problem with rats or other rodents a .22 rifle is recommended. Always verify that you are permitted to shoot the rodents in your locality with the local authorities.

A powerful .22 calibre Co2 powered single shot air rifle, only 3.5 lbs in weight. So much power, so little weight! An ideal hunter designed specifically for rodent control this air rifle will cleanly despatch a rat. The four-power scope included with the rifle allows you to shoot accurately from a suitable hide.

Crosman CO2 single shot, .22 calibre pellet rifle. Low Maintenance. Improved bolt design for easy loading and cocking. Precision four power scope and mounts included. Extended rifled steel barrel for accuracy. Power approx 6-8 foot pounds. Velocity up to 550 fps. Length 768mm, weight 1.53 kg (3lb 6oz). Will take dedicated silencer. Approx 30 shots from one CO2 cylinder. Range estimated 400 metres accurate range estimated 25 metres . Pellets are not included with the rifle. The model only uses small 12g Co2 cylinders (527808) (not supplied with the rifle) the larger 88g air source cylinder will not fit the rifle
