The energy developed by most BB guns is 0.5 joules maximum - by comparison a funfair air gun is approximately 10 joules (20 times more). In normal use the lightweight pellets would not penetrate the skin, but would certainly sting or bruise. We would not recommend firing at people but in any situation where the pellet could hit a person safety goggles and clothing should be worn.
Follow the Air Gun Code – see warranty & regulations and Basic rules of use.
Most BB hand guns are cocked by pulling back the top slide. Once cocked ensure that the model is never pointed at anyone, particularly as there may not be an effective safety catch. | KWC/Cybergun 1/1 Colt Double Eagle Translucent BB Pistol (18340) The Colt Double Eagle is a double-action, semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Colt's Manufacturing Company between 1989 and 1997.
